Product Description

1. Ultra-short structural length saves materials and greatly reduces the overall weight of the pipeline system.
2. The occupied effective space is small, which can effectively support the strength of the pipeline and reduce the possibility of pipeline vibration.
3. The gate is made of austenitic stainless steel, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and can effectively prevent sealing leakage caused by gate corrosion.
4. The upper sealing filler is made of flexible PTFE, which is reliable in sealing and flexible in operation.
5. The ram has the function of a knife, which can effectively cut off all kinds of sundries in the medium.

Bevel gear knife gate valve: manual drive, clamp connection and parallel rigid single gate with hidden rod. The sealing surface of the valve seat is hard and soft, with nominal pressure PN10~16. The valve body is made of carbon steel (DMZ573H-10C/16C) and stainless steel (DMZ573F-10P/16P DMZ573W-10P/16P).A full circular channel design is adopted, PTFE and mud scraper are installed on the upper end of the cutter plate, and a wear-resistant folding cone made of polyester resin or wear-resistant cast iron containing Ni is installed at the inlet end of the knife gate valve, and multiple flushing ports can be arranged around the valve body. The bottom of the knife plate is processed into a blade with high finish, which ensures good sealing performance. Widely meet the use requirements of papermaking, pulp industry, industrial sewage and municipal sewage treatment, chemical plants, fly ash treatment, bulk material transportation, food and beverage industry and the environmental conditions of harsh and slow working conditions.
