Product Description

The opening and closing parts of BJ41H jacketed insulation globe valve are plug-shaped disc, and the sealing surface is flat or conical, and the disc moves linearly along the center line of the valve seat. The opening or closing stroke of the stop valve stem is relatively short, and it has cutting action, which makes it suitable for cutting off or adjusting the medium and throttling. Jacket insulation globe valve belongs to forced sealing valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the disc to force the sealing surface not to leak. After the appearance of the self-sealing valve, the medium flow direction of the cut-off valve is changed from above the disc to the valve cavity. At this time, under the action of medium pressure, the force of closing the valve is small, while the force of opening the valve is large, and the diameter of the valve stem can be reduced accordingly. At the same time, under the action of medium, this type of valve is also tight. The insulation jacket of the jacket insulation stop valve is welded between the two flanges of the valve, and the side and bottom of the valve are provided with two connection ports of the insulation jacket.
