Installation instructions for telescopic butterfly valves:
1. Butterfly valves must be placed flat before installation and should not be knocked or touched casually.
2. When the butterfly valve leaves the factory, the structural length is small, and during installation, it is pulled to the installation length (i.e. the design length).
3. When the length between pipelines exceeds the installation length of the expansion valve, please adjust the pipeline spacing and do not forcefully stretch the expansion valve to avoid damaging it.
4. When the expansion butterfly valve does not provide temperature compensation, it is only used for installation, replacement, and maintenance. When the valve is convenient to use, the butterfly bolt can be used to limit the position and symmetrically clamp the expansion butterfly valve to prevent the expansion pipe from pulling out, damaging the expansion butterfly valve and pipeline device or building. The bolt diameter can be calculated based on the flange bolt diameter, its bolt strength, and bearing test pressure and pipeline tension according to the above formula. It is strictly prohibited to remove the bolts during the operation time limit (bolts are separately equipped)
5. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle and disassemble expansion butterfly valves at the pipeline construction site.
6. This telescopic butterfly valve is finely processed and closely matched. Please do not repeatedly stretch or shorten the telescopic butterfly valve on site. When installing pipelines, it is required that the pipes at both ends of the expansion valve must be concentric, and the two flange surfaces on the pipeline must be parallel.
7. The flange fixing bolts should be tightened symmetrically, and do not forcefully tighten the flange fixing bolts unilaterally.
