This valve is mainly installed on gas pipelines in metallurgical, chemical, energy, and municipal systems, and is used as a gas isolation valve. It is a very ideal gas isolation valve. The hydraulic blind valve body is equipped with an opening and closing oil cylinder and a flap oil cylinder. The opening and closing oil cylinder drives the left and right valve bodies to loosen and clamp through gear rings, gears, and screw pairs, while the flap oil cylinder drives the valve plate to complete the opening and closing action. The rubber sealing ring is embedded on the valve plate, with good sealing performance and convenient replacement.
The hydraulic blind valve can be remotely controlled by a single unit or connected to multiple units. In abnormal situations, it can also be manually operated using the mechanical device of the valve itself.
Classification of hydraulic eyeglass valves and hydraulic blind plate valves:
Hydraulic blind plate valves are divided into two types: electro-hydraulic control and fully hydraulic control. The electro-hydraulic pneumatic explosion-proof electrical travel switch generates electrical signals to control the action of the solenoid valve. The full hydraulic control uses a two position two way valve as a limiting element, and generates an electrical signal to control the action of the solenoid valve by connecting the hydraulic oil to the pressure relay. The fully hydraulic control pressure relay is installed on the hydraulic station, away from the valve, so it has good explosion-proof performance.
Working principle and structural characteristics of hydraulic eyeglass valve:
This valve is an electric push rod transmission fan-shaped blind plate valve, and the valve body is composed of left valve body, middle valve body, right valve body, valve plate, clamping threaded valve stem, corrugated pipe, electro-hydraulic clamping push rod, electro-hydraulic walking push rod, and other components.
The sealing of the valve is achieved by clamping an electro-hydraulic push rod driven by a motor, which directly acts on the active valve stem through a crank, causing it to rotate. The three valve stems are synchronously rotated through a linkage mechanism, and then the left and right threads at both ends of the valve stem drive the corresponding left and right nuts, causing the left and middle valve bodies to compress or stretch the bellows while moving symmetrically relative to the valve plate as the center, Clamp and compress the sealing rings of the two valve bodies and the rubber sealing rings of the valve plate to achieve sealing pressure ratio and achieve sealing; On the contrary, the sealing rings of the two valve bodies detach from the valve plate and loosen the rubber sealing ring of the valve plate to facilitate subsequent switching actions. The travel of the valve plate must follow the above operation method to loosen the seals of the left and middle valve bodies, and proceed with the two valve body sealing rings detached from the rubber sealing rings of the valve plate. The electric hydraulic travel push rod is driven by a motor to directly push and pull the earrings on the valve plate, driving the valve plate to rotate and open for travel.
